Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.
How long does shipping take?+
We deliver across India within 5-7 business days. Metro cities usually receive orders in 3-5 days.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes! All orders over ₹0.00 qualify for free shipping across India.
Do you deliver outside India?+
Currently we only deliver within India. We're working on expanding to international shipping in the future.
Warranty
What is your warranty policy?+
All products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement.
How do I claim warranty?+
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll process your warranty claim within 24 hours.
What does the warranty cover?+
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty mechanisms, and damage during shipping. It does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How long does a replacement take?+
Once your warranty claim is approved, we ship the replacement within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via SMS.

Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay with industry-standard encryption. We never store your card details.
Is Cash on Delivery available?+
Yes, COD is available for most products across India. Some premium items may be prepaid only — this will be mentioned on the product page.
